You Are Not Broken. You Are Diluted.

If a potato can become vodka, you can become anything with the right process. That line is funny until you sit with it for a minute. The potato does not become vodka by journaling about its potential. It goes through heat, pressure, time, separation, and a process that changes what it can become.
That is not a cute metaphor. That is the Distillery.
Most people walk around believing they are broken. They think they need more fixing, more advice, more habits, more gurus, more damn information. Meanwhile, they are carrying obligations that are not theirs, beliefs they inherited, noise they never turned off, bills they never questioned, and a version of themselves they are exhausted from performing.
You are not broken. You are diluted.
Diluted by the algorithm. Diluted by consumerism. Diluted by other people needing you to stay familiar because your growth makes them uncomfortable. Diluted by a life that takes your time, money, and mental energy before you ever get a say in what you want to build.
This does not mean you get to blame the world forever. Quite the opposite. Once you see the dilution, you have a job to do. You start filtering. You make room. You fire bosses. You stop paying to carry old versions of yourself. You use the heat instead of running from it.
Write this down: 'I am not broken because _____. I am diluted by _____.' Then reduce one source of dilution this week. Unsubscribe. Say no. Sell something. Turn off the noise. Ask a better question. Start the process.
You are not a project to repair. You are a life to distill.
